Jana worked for Synthon, s.r.o. in 2011 and 2012 as a coach of two of our managers.
The added value of her coaching style lies in my opinion in her ability to integrate skills of a professional business coach together with an experience of a psychoterapist. She is able to give feedback in a sensitive way and opens thus doors to a self-reflextion that in some cases shows the way to an individual development.
